Stuck on "Checking for Buddy Store products."

Windows 10 x64 Build 14393.10 (Anniversary Update)
Running HB as admin from default install path
Fresh stable and beta installs behave the same (cleared appdata between installs)
Disabled all buddy store products on store.buddyauth.com

Log attached. Seems to be a problem with the sqlite store database.
