Stuck on "checking for buddy store products"

Hi Keveinlill77, and thanks for the log.

[08:48:08.026 D] System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\***\Desktop\Honorbuddy\Settings\Frostmane\Emontin\MixedModeSettings.xml' is denied.​

It appears that you are not running Honorbuddy with Windoze administrator privileges, or there is a problem with your installation. Let's try these two remedies:

  1. Delete your .../Honorbuddy/Settings/ directory.
  2. When you launch Honorbuddy, right-click on honorbuddy.exe and select "Run as administrator"

Please post a fresh log, if you are not off-and-away.

You are still getting "Unauthorized Access" exceptions. This is some kind of permission problem with your system.

Let's try re-installing Honorbuddy to a different location... C:/Honorbuddy/. You can find the full instructions here:

Please be certain to install and run Honorbuddy with Windoze administrator privileges:
→ Right-click on the executables, and "Run as Admin"

Check that the file is not read only.

Sadly, its still the same problem. However, the log shows you did not follow the previous instructions correctly by installing it in C:/Honorbuddy/.

The only other things I know to look at are:
If those don't repair the issue, I'm tapped out and will need another Support team member to have a look. They will need to see a fresh log.
