Stuck on banned account - can't switch

Have two accounts. One via google, and one ptc. Tried setting up google account on bot and go the "try again in 2 hours". Open up game on phone, which is logged into my PTC account (which works fine), sign out, enter info for google account, gets the "failed to retrieve server data". Okay. Fine. Appears to be banned. How can I go about it letting me get back to the screen to sign back into my other account?

follow this steps:

1) close pokemon go
2) off your data connection (airplane mode works)
3) open your pokemon go app, and you will see no connectivity blah blah blah.
4) turn on your data (or off airplane mode), and you will see it starts to load, while there is a Sign Out button for you to click on.
5) click on it, profit
6) you're really welcomed!

Had the same problem. Delete App. Clean cache. Go to the google-account settings and delete app from "my apps" or sometheing like this.Restart your phone. Redownload App. Profit.

Go to application manager,
Pokemon Go,
then click on 'Clear Data' or 'Clear Cache'
Re-launch pokemon go...

on android you just delete the data, settings->applications->pokemon go-> clear data.
When you open the app back up it will ask your birthday again, and you can select a different account.

Apps/Settings/Applications/Application Manager/Pokemon go/force stop, then in the storage bit clear data

I had the same problem once on nox. deleted app, restarted, fresh install --> was able to choose login again

you don't have to delete the app...

Here are the exact steps you need to do:
Add another google acct to your phone
go to applications, find pokemon go
click 'delete data' (this will not delete the actual application)
start pokemon go
log in with gmail
a box will popup for you to pick a gmail acct.

Easier option when first opening game, go to airplane mode wait till you see loading screen turn airplane mode off, then it will show sign out in the center of the application.
