Stuck issue

Hi!
First i want to apologize for my the terrible English -_-
Everything was works great (my HotA barb), till yesterday i create toon in season (ww barb).
He's all time trying to walk thru the walls. Its stuck every 3-5 min for long time (if map has many corridors and edges) and spam tornados (you can see it on screenshots). often its try to run thru walls, to rift bosses, when they appears.
I use latest release DB with stock plugins.

In that case he was stand there till gold/xp timer comes out, and didnt trying to do anything. i was trying to lead him out, but he is back in this spot again.

He stuck here everytime when he in this part of area. and its always leave the game after inactivity timer expires.
