Stuck in BG queue for over 5 hours

I checked my bot this morning it had been stuck in the random BG queue for over 5 hours and never got the queue to pop. I refreshed queue and it popped within a couple of minutes. How could this happen?

Youre Horde and Fkn blizzard combined all The battlegroups together....... No horde can get que atm

Have you tryed that shit when you have 2 caracthers and switch... it wont do much when botting but atleast you will get que
