Stuck for too long error

Hello guys,

Well my rogue is in bg, but when the char dies, it still say that it tries to attack target, or go somewhere, and because it can move (obviously because its dead) , it comes up with the error message stuck for too long and logouts, while it only has to release spirit. i made fresh install but still getting this bug. Any way or plugin that it will understand for sure when char is dead and release spirit?
