Stuck error

I bought a 3 day trial to test the bot, so that I could buy up to 1 month or more, and really I expected more, because every time the bot keeps crashing and apareceno the following message: [Trinity] Your bot got stuck! Trying to unstuck (attempt # 13 of 15 attempts) Act = "A1" questId = "136656" stepId = "1" worldId = "71150" .. I do not know why, more if it continues it will be difficult I buy it

Well, first of all it would be nice if you go with rules around here.

If you want help, add log file as attachement to your post.
Second, it would be helpful if you tell us what profile you are using when these stucks appear.

No one here has crystal ball as far as I know :<
