Stuck @Checking for Buddy Store products

As title: HB stuck at checking for Buddy Store products.
Followed guide and clear cache, but still have the same problem.

UPD: Tried clean install and rebooting as well.

I have only "1-100 Questing Profile Pack" by Buddy Team and disabled it already, but still have the problem.
