Hi, Roblion76,
Your Honorbuddy installation appears to be damaged. Please do a 'clean install' of Honorbuddy as described here:
It is also important that the entire Honorbuddy folder and the Honorbuddy installer is an exception to your Antivirus.
Please make certain your Antivirus is not quarantining any files that the installer is trying to put in place.
