Stuck at "Searching for Buddy Store products, This may take a while"

I bought a key yesterday and I have been trying to use HonorBuddy, but everytime I start it up it loads until it says "Searching for Buddy Store products, This may take a while". I've deleted the bossland folder several times and still nothing I have tried works. If anyone could help that would be awesome.

Yes I use Kaspersky. Here is the log from today. I presume you meant move it under my C drive, that's what I did. If you meant a specific area in my files, please specify.

I'm pretty sure I set an exception for it in Kaspersky, Here is my log after I tried it. I even tried disabling my firewalls and running it, but still the same results.
