Stuck at login

I've tried both those, it doesn't make sense that one of my keys is working fine and one isn't.

Quite the contrary, we've told you what is wrong. The log clearly shows a program that is interfering with Honorbuddy operation. These articles will walk you through the usual suspects:

  • BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus Interference
    The entire Honrbuddy folder and all the executables contained therein should be an exception to your Antivirus. If you do not believe you are running an AntiVirus, you are running Windows Defender.

  • BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Programs that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products
    Disabling an interfering program will not be enough. These programs frequently hook the OS, or run background daemons that will interfere—even when they are disabled. To prevent interference, some programs actually must be uninstalled, not simply disabled.

  • You may have an interfering program we've yet to identify.
    With literally tens of thousands of programs people can install, our list only includes the popular ones that we've confirmed interfere with Buddy bots. Your machine may have a less-popular program that interferes, or one that we've yet to identify. If you find a new program that interferes, please let us know so we can update the list.
You're simply going to have to try a little harder.

I don't use an antivirus, I've added the whole honorbuddy folder to my windows defender and, I have none of those programs in that list installed on my computer. Still one of my keys work and one of them don't.

The only other thing it could be is using 'fullscreen' mode for the WoWclient, instead of the 'windowed' mode Honorbuddy requires.

If that is not the issue, will leave this one for Tony to have a look.
