stuck at Logging in...

im kind of upset because i just bought this and i cant even use it even though i have followed all the instructions.
when i go to log in i get to the main menu and then all i get is
Honorbuddy v2.5.12260.760 started.
Logging in...

i tried emailing support but they said to post a thread.

completely restart your machine.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

i have reset my comp and it is running in 32bit.
when i go to log into the account and get to the main menu it keeps saying logging in. then after a while it will say invalid session.
and my game key doesnt show up in my buddy account but did get emailed one that i use

Auth session invalid usually stems from network connection issues between you and the buddyauth servers. make sure your not running any applications or anything that could be bogging down your connection or causing issues.

Only running wow and honor buddy. I shut down everything else and tried running it. It seems like its thinking my key isn't valid but I copy and pasted from the email.
Like I said though it isn't showing on my account

make sure you are running both bot and game as admin and wow is running under 32bit

I am running then both as admin. The key isn't on my account and I really think that is the problem. I have the emails to prove I got a key but the key isn't actually on my account
