I have tried logging into buddy store and disabling all my purchases.
I tried a clean install.
I tried the buddywizard repair thing.
I tried going to appdata/local/bossland and deleting the folder, does absolutely nothing. it just reappears.
I run everything as administrator.
Windows 8.1 operating system, it was working a couple months ago...

I don't understand, it brings up what my CR's are so its obviously connecting to the store, but the bot freezes there.
I never get past that point. After It recognizes my CR's nothing else happens, all the buttons are greyed out, and the message at the bottom "checking for buddy store products, this may take a while."
I let it 'check' for an hour at one point. nothing.

I need some help here guys lol

Hi, Gnomeondrugs, and thanks for the log.

Let's try deleting your.../Honorbuddy/CompiledAssemblies/ directory. (Honorbuddy will put it back as needed.)

If no joy, let's try a 'clean install' as described here:

If still no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install.

cheers,
chinajade

I get the same issue. I tried a fresh clean install like you said, but honestly i tried that like 50 times already :(

this is the log file

This is another one, I don't exactly know what these logs mean. the 'access is denied' part seems to stand out to me tho js lol

This was a clean install using the .zip file. I created a blank folder in documents, named it honorbuddy, and placed the extracted files there then ran the launcher.
I thought maybe it would be better information for you guys.

I got it working it turned out to be my anti-virus program blocking .dll files from operating, according to the antivirus logs.

Thanks for the help Chinajade, I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to my post! Turns out reading the logs i posted here made me wonder about antivirus logs and I found the problem there. I got alot of respect for people so dedicated to not only thier product but the consumer too. I hope you guys keep up the good work :D

For anyone else who may have this problem, I won't say which anti-virus program I have but its one of the best. If your stuck at "checking buddy store products" it could very well be a similar problem.
All you have to do is take the time to exclude honorbuddy from EVERY PART of your antivirus program, not specifically just the antivirus part. That was where I had made a mistake, I thought it was just the AV but turned out to be everything working against HB lol. If this helps at least one person, I think it was worth the trouble I went through. For good measure I excluded warcraft as well, but that probably wasn't needed. ^.^
