Stuck at a quest

Not sure where to post this but.

Im stuck on my 86 war on a quest i cant get its from so many quest behind and dont wanna do them.

Can i somehow skip a quest in the "kick's profiles" by any chance? dont see a commando for skip a quest anyway.
