Struggling Singular

I have tried them all, CLU, DWCC and none worked as good as singular with Lazy raider on my Prot warrior. But i find myself again struggling, what happened to singular, what changed to make it as bad as the rest of them.

Please advise what you guys use for your tanking warriors.
