Hello all,

as you see, first post here. I've been using this product for about 1.5 week now and I am very satisfied.

I have recently got a RAF account and leveled a priest to 70 (it was a good way to learn the tool). Without heirlooms I think priest is not a "strong class" as I read to many profiles here. They show warrior, paladin or DK as strong and to other profiles even... warlocks.

Now, I have two toons at late 20s that I want to level. A druid and a shaman. Have to warn you that even before HB I am a very capable leveler. That means I have all classes (some of them twice, lock trice) to 85. These toons are both resto (I was experimenting with BG leveling) and I can grand level to them to reach my DK on my RAF account. Which of the two will be good farmers to the furure?

Before you shout "Druid!", I have already one tauren with 310% flying (you imagine what this guy can do to Uldum with HB) I remind you that I want the closest to "strong class" so that I will not die like a piece of shit at leveling nor be assraped when I start to farm mines/herbs even before 85.

Opinions?
 
My two favorite classes when it comes to "not likely to die when left alone" are Pallys (any spec) and Blood DKs. As it turns out, those were actually my first 2 85s too.
 
Ench shaman with the CC "ShamWOW" is pretty strong and ofc druid as you allready said! DK is also ok since they have passive extra mount speed, paladin is also ok since they have extra 20 % speed.
 
Thanks both. I want to know the best duo for my DK to level. Plus being able to stand without too many deaths and level with gathering when I want it.
 
If you want to duo with a DK then I suggest you go Blood DK + anything at all. It really doesn't matter as the Blood DK will never lose agro and never die.

As has been stated: The best CC we have at the moment is ShamWOW. It beats all the rest by a large margin. That makes a Shaman the best class to level or do anything else with. Enhancement is the spec you'll want to use but I'm sure Elemental and Resto work very well as well.
I've found a very good Druid CC in ILoveAnimals. Set it to Bear and it's almost as survivable as Blood DK.

As far as "strong classes" go; I've had a lot of experience with end-game stuff since I've ran just about all my toons through the TB/DH/TH daily quests. My experience is:
- Blood DKs are by far the best. They never die (Using Singular)
- ShamWOW on Enhancement is the fastest if using decent gear.
- ILoveAnimals is capable but not extraordinary.
- Fury warrior is doable (FPSWare Warrior)
- Hunter is an option but tricky. (FPSWare Hunter)
- Prot paladin is okay, Ret paladin is broken.
- All cloth classes suck utterly
- Rogue is crap

Ezret kicks ass in pvp and pve also works well in instances/raids if you like pallys :D
 
Speaking of Blood DK (I have 3 paladins at 85 already, WrathGod :) ), what is the best CC for this spec?
