I keep getting this LUA error when using HB and Attilios's Shaman CC "KingWoW". Is this because of the CC?

I'll tell you this before one of the mods stops by to tell you the same thing:

Fully close out of WoW and HB before trying again but check to make sure HB & WoW have full admin access. If that doesn't work i'd go ahead and try with Singular and see if you can disable any antivirus you may have.
