Strange lag when loot drops

OK, when loot drops, I get a strange lag that I have never gotten before, like the game actually freezes for a second, then the char stands there and doesn't move for 10 seconds or so (usually while getting smashed in the face by a blue or yellow mob.) I have been using DB for over a year. I don't know if its trinity or a profile, or just DB or what so I'm posting this here.

All I can think is that its related to "Wait for loot drop - Delay after kill" which I have set to 0 in trinity.

I am using Kevin SPacey's Legendary Road and ririx's all act questing profile (I am using this for the A3 random runs which I have used over the past year with success.)

I have all of these updated and my other plugins are auto gear (turned off) which worked well last time I used it which was before RoS, and KeyRun (also off and not used since before RoS) LumberJack (turned off) EzUdater, QuestTools, and Trinity (last 3 all turned on and updated)

Not sure what to do, but its keeping me from moving up to t1...

Edit: Also, kind of stupidly, I used the all act quest profile to level 2 other characters to 60 before RoS came out, and I didn't create a new DB install folder just for that, (which is recomended,) while typing this out I just thought about that, would that cause the problems I am having?

implementing new loot percentages at the moment. Some people should play the actual game, and slow down botting for a second to know if its the bot causing it, or the game client
