Hello, I have some issues running honorbuddy with windowed mode. How can I explain this... Whenever I have my wow window up and "targeted" my fps is constantly at 200-300 FPS with no spikes. But whenever i start up internet or any other application. My FPS is stuck at 30 FPS lowering my bot's performance. I also noticed that wow usually uses 9-10% of my processor but when i "target" another window this drops down to 1%. It's like my computer are focusing at whatever window I have up.

This is getting really annoying.

Please help.

The higher the FPS of the game is, the more cpu usage it will use.
you don't need 200-300 fps for the game to run nicely. 60fps works just fine.

The reason of the fps drops, is that.. when you change the focus from wow window to whatever other applications, it goes into "background" mode.

To change the "set" value of the fps limit in background mode, in wow chat, type in the following command :

Code:
/console maxfpsbk 60
and for the "foreground" fps limit :
Code:
/console maxfps 60
or whatever value you want .

Happy botting! =D
