Ok so yesterday , for the 2nd time in the last 10 days , two of my accounts got banned , but in a way i've never seen before. And they weren't actually normal bans , but a supposedly preliminary measure-bullshit of some kind.
Acc 1 : ~10 days ago the account gets banned . And the e-mail i receive from blizzard : " The registered email address associated to this Battle.net account appears to have been compromised. To protect your privacy and security we have temporarily disabled the account " I had my real name in the account , i send in my ID , they restore it
Acc 2 : Yesterday another account gets banned. E-mail : " We have determined that the World of Warcraft account XXXXXX has been accessed/compromised by someone not authorized to do so by the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use). To protect your privacy and security, we have temporarily disabled this account " . Again , i send in ID , account restored.
I simply don't understand why any of these 2 occurred. The e-mail of the 1st account is not any special e-mail , i probably hadnt even access it for the last 2 months , so i don't see how blizzard would figure its been comprimised. And what " account XXXXXX has been accessed/compromised by someone not authorized to do so " is supposed to mean , i have no clue.
I have had both accounts for around 4 months now with no issues whatsoever , and i haven't changed anything about the way i bot with them since then.
Do you think blizzard are throwing random darts at the account? Perhaps they're suspecting botting activity on them , and they're chancing on the fact that they're bought and i don't have the resources to prove im the owner , so i won't be able to restore em or something?
Are do you have any other clue on what these US morons GM's are up to?
