strange behavior?

So I go to use my plugins (example the Felfire LFR) and it says it requires an honor buddy restart to work properly. So I close honor buddy, reopen it, and it does it again... it never seems to properly restart, is there something I am doing wrong? How can I get these plugins to load ?

Why do we need a log when i described the issue, I just need to know whether or not thats how i properly restart honorbuddy, because thats what its asking for and yet there is no "restart" button.
