Strange Ban...what to do?

I got a really strange ban-mail today.
The account has been suspended 72h for 3rd party program once and another time I had to change name of the bank alt because the name had a meaning I dindt know of

For englisch users (I only got the mail in german):

On the top of the mail it says use of 3rd party program and that the account has been banned but the teyt says that this account is closed because it is under investigation cecause of a gross violation of the rules for names.
But I even googled the new name I gave the bank alt and there is nothing bad about the name of any toon on this account.

Welchen Namen hast du denn deinem Charakter gegeben? Ich finde es nur komisch, dass im Prinzip zwei Gr?nde bei Dir genannt werden, n?mlich einmal "Benutzung von Drittprogrammen" und "Versto? gegen Namensgebungsbestimmungen".
