Is there a questing profile that just does the main storyline? No side quests?

Yes in the profile section you can find them - BUT the bot wont do quests in the current state, and no ETA when it will work again.

as i recall they do most quests and not only main story quests tho, i could be wrong

Cyro had stripped it to just the storylines for his profiles, they don't go all the way up but are there on his svn.

Yep I found those too, and tried them last night, but still not working.
