Stormheim Profile (Wont Load)

Cannot load profile!
'NonCompeteDistance' is a duplicate attribute name. Line 1494, position 75.

Even after a fresh download of the Zip folder i get that error and another error on the autoloader. It's in the Log.

Unable to evaluate/compile condition in If tag. Please check your profile.
