Stormbuddy key not working

I just purchased a stormbuddy key and keep receiving the error Authentication failed, Invalid product key!. Is there anyway I can resolve this issue?

You should register here https://www.buddyauth.com/ with the email you bought stormbuddy. check the status of the key and copy it from there again.

I am also having trouble. I did not receive a key via e-mail when purchasing bot. And the buddyauth website does not have the key listed. I have sent an e-mail requesting help. Hopefully I get back an answer.
