Yeah that sounds like you had conflicting installs of .NET on your computer. Sometimes that can happen when you install a lot of game from Steam since they all come with their own redistributes that sometimes conflict with one another. Doing a full wipe of .NET installs then reinstall it could be a smart option.

I reseted my windows 10, and installed again stormbuddybeta and heroes of the storm, now the program crash with this log

U installed your C++ as 64bit Versions ?

I am running fresh windows installation with demon buddy wizard only (after unistalling all net/c++ frameworks) and doesnt work, if i install net 4.5.2 on top of it doesnt work either

really hoping for a working solution

fresh windows 10 64 bits with all updates and I used this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642, any other ideas, honnorbuddy was working before, now it crash
