Storm Peaks runaround Mining/herbing?

I would love a profile that only fights when a mob attacks 1st, runs around storm peaks, farms herbs/mining nodes, repairs itself and mails items. Does this already exist? Sounds like gatherbuddy territory but I can't see any reason why one of you skilled profilers can't make this happen?

Please Jim, can you fix it for me seeing as you didn't answer my letter to eradicate the French and take the Alps for the Brits.

Well.....
It CAN be done.
But it's not that efficient .
The way HB works, you can't totally "avoid" the mobs, it will fight back whenever it gets aggro'd ,meaning a shit ton of fights.
Hence, why GB is better for gathering on a flying mount.
