So we're all pretty much instance farming at this point as I can see from the massive increase in bots on every server in nearly all instances, so making gold is not the issue.
I prefer to keep some gold reserved for regular private buyers that I've build up over time.

But ' safe ' is often the issue, I've experimented alot with multiple guildbanks/vpns/mule accounts/ etc..
Problem is, when the farmers get banned, all accounts that had connection with the gold traded are at risk.

I couldn't find the ' perfect ' method yet, I'm not saying tell me your secret - but if you have any brainstorm ideas, feel free so I can try some shiet again :)

In normal circumstances for me it's:

farmer --> Guild bank --> Vpn mule / other pc --> Buyer. ( only small chance mule gets banned - banned farmers will only cause mule ban if he still carries 200k+ gold )
Storing for later use --> Farmer --> guild bank --> ??? --> profit ? :)

my next experiment will be with the AH. you will lose a portion of your gold through AH fees, but its rumored to not be tracked.

you post some rediculous item for x amount on your main/mule/whatever and your farmer 'buys' the item effectively transferring the gold to a seemingly random person. you could even post and repost the same epixs by shuffling them between toons till they end up back in the right posters inventory.

you would have to accept the AH fees. but it seems like an interesting method.

I can see that being effective when having a 'main account' however, would it work with a boosted 90 / lvl 1 account ? Since the delay is a pain, that account has to stay alive to hold the gold for atleast some time.

farmers depositing into guild bank every hour. mule withdrawing and buying items from second mule/gold seller account. could work.

farmers get banned, gold is in gbank. unless its something insane then the gbank should be safe. even if not. you only have 4-6 hours worth of gold stored in gbank before trading via AH. and your farmers should be depositing into various gbanks anyways, just to minimize exposure. maybe 2 farmers per gbank. with your mule having an alt in every gbank.

ofc this is only theory, it will take some work to refine the method. the goal is to minimize the amount of gold lost when a ban happens. and depends on how big your farm is. the more accounts the more difficult the planning and execution. math and graphs and pie charts, lol

With one farmer per guild - do you bother to use pimpmyguild for members ? I've tried both ways, never really saw any diffrence with the ban rate.

pimp my guild served 2 purposes. level the guild to 25 and make the guild look random and hide your farmers.

im not even going to bother this go around. no more guild levels, and ffs, if they catch me suicide dungeon burning, then hiding in a guild seems useless.

my goal is to get in, get the gold, and die happy.

ofc there will be a life lesson in there somewhere, too bad we gotta live to figure it out.
