store profiles gone???

So after my 1 month key expired i purchased a new key and honorbuddy works again but now i have lost my paid profiles from store?
is it that i should have attached the key in my portal or what do i need to do to get all store profiles going again please.

i have contacted support but not really getting anywere yet.

help would be appreciated as i have paid for a lot of routine/profiles.
