Stops catching pokemon and doesnt transfer

Randomly the bot will stop catching pokemon completely and just start hitting pokestops. Ill get items and XP from them so im not sure if it is a soft ban. Only encountered this problem after the new "logic" update. Double, triple and quadruple checked that catch pokemon is on, transfer pokemon is on and transfer immediately is on. I also do not have if "caught x pokemon in under and hour" ticked. Not sure what the problem is.

Yes! Still having this problem. Doesn't seem to be transferring when full Pokémon either.

Update to the latest version if you still face issues, post a new log and thread.
