Stop Casting Soul Harvest when Full

While not directly a Custom Class, and considering the incredible amount of bloat in the forums lately, have a link for a plugin I made out of frustration:

This will stop casting Soul Harvest when your dumb CC *cough*Singular*cough* insists on finishing the cast even though it's full on HP & Soul Shards.
