I'm testing this new functionality in a place where we have 4/5 Pokestop with lure.
As i can see the bot, after getting all the pkmn wait at one lure Ignoring other pokemon that appear. I think there's a timer to check, but with catching, autotransfer or catching fail that time it's too long.
If it's not possible to have a setting from the user it will be usefull to have something like wait(60) till the next check, because having 90sec to catch and transfer more then one Pokémon (3+) i think will Be enough.
