Don’t want a ban? Guess what……don’t bot…...it’s that simple.
You know the risks, there is always a chance you’ll get caught, I have been banned 3 times now and the last time in the back of my mind I knew it was coming. First 2 times I took complete liberty’s botting the hell out of wow. The last time i was using ONLY combat routines as I foolishly thought I might be ok, but hey-ho there you go. I’ll make another toon I don’t care about, until my main account is un - banned in May, and believe me on that main account I will NOT be botting again, but on other accounts I will be, given HB is still around and I hope they are. Blizzard have made the AP grind a little easier now, although it’s still pain in the arse.
Why is everyone giving Honourbuddy such a hard time? When I first got my bot about 5 years ago, to be honest, I was expecting to pay something around £10 a month, but instead it was around £25 for a lifetime key, I remember thinking at the time, how do these guys keep a steady cash flow as that seems waaaaay too cheap to me.
I only brought my new key just a few days ago, and I DO NOT want my money back at all, the £25 I paid for nearly 5 years of botting and what I got out of it, tidal wave Dwarfs a measly £25 for a new year key. How on earth do people expect honourbuddy to get around blizzards wardens system without generating cash. I for one do not blame HB for removing lifetime keys.
Does any of the endless whiners in these forums realise the trouble and hard work it is for the HB team to fight blizzard by way of court/re-writing the program every patch/trying to outsmart warden, and even appreciate any of their hard work it at all?
Blizzard are no fools and their warden system is hard to outsmart since they seem to update it at the push of a few buttons, do people expect HB to know about a random update from blizzards side, how? It’s just one of those things. Not a fuck up at all.
You put money in the fruit machine or lottery and you lose, you cannot blame anyone but yourself, and you certainly don’t get your money back.
Why is no one asking blizzard for their new legion key money back? But feel it’s cool to ask HB for their key money back, even though it clearly states when you buy the bot, it can be detected, be careful, it is against blizzard’s ToS to use.
If HB fall, blizzard will feel it in their bank balance, fair enough they will not by any means close them down, but they will most defiantly FEEL it in their pockets, as droves of subscriptions drop. I personally will quit the game if HB falls as I’m too busy working/lazy and CBA to smash the rotations and grind myself.
I think in pvp botters affect the game most definitely as far as enjoyment for other players goes, I get that. But as far as bot farming materials and especially just to do rotations goes, I feel this does not affect the gameplay of others or as blizzard always say “effects the economy” yes it does affect “THEIR” economy, they are just pissed someone is making a dollar off them.
On the topic of economy’s, one last thing I think will happen if HB quit altogether. The AH prices will go through the roof as people just cannot help themselves with this game and their greed. All these people the “honest players” who are always saying good riddance after each ban, I would like to say this to you. When you are paying 30k for a gem and 5k per potion, I would like to laugh in your face, preferably sideways and say “can’t afford it? Go buy a token from blizzard for £15” and suck on it.
Blizzard will recuperate their losses from selling these gold tokens when the bots are gone, now ask yourself this:
Who are the real crooks?
Good luck and respect to all at Honour buddy, I salute you!
