Was wondering if the 30% bonus damage to elites from SOJ works on champions as well or it is for elite (gold) monsters only. Has anyone tested?

The only thing i could find on bnet is the following:

The World - Game Guide - Diablo III

It only mentions the type of monsters however it is not clear if elites are any non normal type moster or not.

Elite is everything else than normal creeps. You got Rare packs, champion packs and unique packs.

All these are elite. Yes, SoJ works on them.
