Hey guys,

So I was thinking about starting botting in WoW I never really played the game only free version to test it some years ago but yea. I'm planning to buy the game since I never played it I don't really know what to expect, so should I even start? I guess the 1-100 questing pack is the best way to start. :D I saw some people saying that the bot is not that safe and 1-100 is also following the same path for users of the bot so is there any alternative? What do I do after that? (I know many people asked this already but I'm lazy :P)

I will probably have more questions but I can't think of anything right now so yea.

Thanks already,
Faven

There are many things to do in WoW once you finish questing to 100, soon to be 110 in Legion. However, botting is not a safe practice. As many have said, "It's not IF you get caught, but WHEN you get caught." I suggest not botting on your main account as you will eventually lose it. Now, having said that, if you still want to bot on your main account I can tell you some things to expect.

1) Use Quest bot in conjunction with Kick's 1-100. It's the most well kept and up-to-date questing pack on the forums.
2) Once reaching 100 you will want to grab some gear through normal dungeons up to 610 (I think that's it, it's been a while).
3) Go into Proving Grounds and earn a silver medal in order to go into heroic dungeons and LFR to continue increasing your iLevel.
4) Ensure to get your garrison to level 3 and also complete your shipyard to access Tanaan jungle.
5) Run the Tanaan dailies, acquire gear tokens to improve your iLevel.
6) Ensure that you begin your Legendary ring quest as soon as possible (can be started at level 98, I believe).
7) Grind rep, earn Apexis crystals, run heroic dungeons for Valor, upgrade only Epic level items (purples) if you can hold out.

There are others to do, but those are really the only things I can think of off the top of my head. As I said, botting on your main account isn't something I would suggest. I thought I was safe, and the it would never happen to me, but I got caught and suspended for six months. Now I'm afraid to bot on my main again as the next step is an 18 month suspension for botting. I hope this helps you.

Thanks for responding so fast, this will help a lot. Which class should I pick tho, I saw that Druid and Paladin routines sell the most so that probably means that most people have it? Also, should I buy a custom routine if so which one?

Druids are the most adaptable class. They have everything (i.e. ranged DPS (boomkin), melee dps (feral cat), tank (feral bear), and healer. Singular (the defaul, shipped combat routine) does very well in leveling, but it's not coded for end game content. Check out the buddy store, do a little research on the combat routines, and make an educated decision. I can't honestly say which one is best because I haven't tried them all. However, the ones that I used to use the most were the ones made by Millz, which are still available on the store. For healing, you'd have search Google for Oracle II, but honestly I'm not even sure the guys are still selling it. Another good class for farming and some decent end game content, and is good for a beginner, would be a hunter. Beast Mastery for leveling is the way to go, but once you hit 100, you want to go Marksman without a pet (at least, that's what I remember anyway).

I started leveling a priest now seems like you can get more gold with an healer. Leveling it seems okay as well I kinda wasted my insta 90 on a paladin but I think it's okay leveling should take so long I guess. Is there a automated way to gear the bot up or should I gear it up myself?

HB comes with an built in gearing system called AutoEquip. It's in the bot's options. You just go into the options and choose which class/spec you're using in the drop-down menu and the bot will automatically choose the best quest reward and automatically equip anything you get that meets the requirements.

As for leveling as a healer I would suggest leveling a Disc-Priest. Using Singular as your combat routine you are 99% unkillable with self heals and shields, and you do moderate damage (nothing fancy, but it gets the job done). I leveled a Disc-Priest with Singular and was amazed at how much better it was at leveling than anything else, healer wise.
