Still only first wing in LFR? (Dungeonbuddy) wtf is happening

I've tried searching things like 5.4 dungeonbuddy SoO Lfr etc and I can't find anything. No eta no explanation as to why it's not coming or if it ever will. Maybe i'm not using the search on this forum right but it's a bit messy.


Anyway it's been ~4months and I still can't do the new LFRs and can't find anywhere that says they wont be doable or when they will be. Anyone got any info?

Still currently no support for anything past wing 1. Wing 1 still has two "issue" areas that have not been fixed. I wouldn't count on anything until the new expansion, when the script files will be out-dated for the content.

is it because they don't think anyone uses Dungeonbuddy in lfr much or what, because me and multiple people I know who use HB would like to bot LFR on alts as it's so tedious every week.

It would be quite dissapointing if they just decided "you know what, cbf working on lfr" because that's what it looks like when there's no talk of it anywhere. If they did scratch lfr/dungeonbuddy I think that's just silly, I can think of many things that could be scrapped instead

The reason you dont get any updates is cause the devs are actively relying on the community to supply them accounts to test with.

They have deleted all posts and threads about it, but thats the truth. The moderator bam spent months without a lvl 90 and thus no updates. Now highvoltz is back on it. Or so they say...

Omg you paid like $27 USD once for this bot, lordy help us we can't AFK LFR. You're best option is Lazy Raider, select auto follow tank, set distance 5-10 yards, select a healer, and somewhat monitor. I paid $15 for my entire account, even if they were relying on the community, come on help them out. They're taking all the effort out of the game and keeping things up to date between patches. I spend $20 a week just on alcohol, a WEEK! All I hear is the wambulance coming at full speed, it's not saving your ass just going to leave you in the street and run you over. Another thing, how the hell do you spend 4 months and not have the time or patience to simply do what I said in the new LFRs. I rather them not waste time on lazy people and spend time improving what is already working well, but possibly be better. The list of people that care about AFK LFR is like 4... 4 whole people care. What reaps the most benefit is what it comes down to.

Will check out this Lazyraider. Trust me there's many more people than you think who care about LFR just because you don't use it doesn't mean they should stop development on it. I found if funny where you said "Lazy people" yet here we are on a botting forum and from the looks of things your posts havn't contributed much so.

I find this sad. You really think LFR is endgame? really? it's simply a way for people to get pre raid/flex gear and for casuals to see content/bosses/lore or what ever they want to do.

And who are you to criticize what aspects of the game I bot, sometimes I choose to level/gear by hand, other times I stick the bot full speed and let it prep me up another alt for what ever it is I like to do in this game.


INB4 lfr is endgame because it's at the end of the game comments

You guys are completely missing the point...

The mere fact that the dev's themselves don't have an army of bots to test with is pretty unbelievable to many of us. Do they even use the software they develop? Apparently not.

It's like a Microsoft developer that creates apps for Microsoft using Linux and then can't even troubleshoot their app because they are using a completely different OS. It makes no goddamn sense, and is about as poor of business practice as possible.

There has been no development on this bot, which is a core botbase, in 5 months now...5 MONTHS. There has been countless threads complaining about the lack of development.

When is Bossland going to make the devs get their act together and actually support their own product?

Mellome, you are unhelpful, rude, and quite frankly, quite stupid. Quit pretending you're a moderator here. You aren't, you don't speak for them and the information you give is often times wrong.

I shouldn't have to step up for something I pay for. Nor should anyone here ever need to donate their account to a company that runs a bot to level characters. That is just plain stupid. The fact that devs don't have accounts is beyond belief to me and many other people.

The fact is the devs that develop this botbase don't have accounts to test with. This has been proven in threads that have been deleted and closed because they don't want to show their incompetence. Closing these threads just causes more to be opened.

Bigbenis....i find it SAD that you've been a member since 28.01.2013 and you don't know what Lazyraider or Tyrael are.
Instead of searching for scripts for 4 months, why don't you read some other posts and learn what the bot can actually do. Did you know it can FISH too?

I'm not debating about LFR being end-game content. I know how it works, thank you. Siege of Org "IS" end-game content. You just want AFK scripts for it.
If you haven't geared your alts in (4 months = 16 runs) and moved upto flex or normal by now...I can understand WHY you need the bot.

Btw, I'm not criticizing how you use the bot. I have no idea HOW you use it. But Surprise! I BOT TOO!!!!!
When you have a bot that does EVERYTHING...questing, grinding, BGs, dungeons, fishing, profs, AH, raids, etc... and you want to complain about it not being able to AFK the last 3 wings of Siege...I just have no sympathy for you.

I believe it when botters say they bot to 90 so they can do end-game content. I'm one of them. If you still don't get a thrill or a feeling of accomplishment every time you kill Garrosh...whether its on LFR, Flex or normal...then IMO, I don't think you've EVER done it...and you're just here looking for an easy script to do it for you. THAT is why I say... "why play the game at all?".
Bots are for the boring parts...playing is for the FUN parts.

As for the comments about the developers not working on the bot....its already been covered in other posts (ie. show dungeonbuddy some love)...so keep the comments there.
The OP asked for AFK scripts for wings 3-4 of Siege...well...they are not currently available at this time.

You people seem to think this is a Fortune 500 company that you're dealing with. That everything should work perfectly and when you want it.
I'm sure once Warlords is released....and "end-game" content is pushed back further, there will be scripts out for SoO and even WoD content.

Until then....now you know about Lazyraider/Tyrael.....and you can try Fishing now too!!!!

As you may not have noticed, there are blank scripts for the remaining wings included in the Default Scripts folder in the current release. As I have stated quite a few times before, these scripts are being worked on right now.
Why are they working on them now you say? Other aspects of the bot such as Questing is becoming much more stable. This gives any staff member more time to work on other things.
Highvoltz and the other core devs have also been fixing issues in the dungeonbudy core. Within the last 3 days, around 12 bugs have been fixed in Dungeonbuddy and will be live in the next release.
Since I have been very busy with life things outside of this forum, I have not been working on scripts personally. Last time I checked, Highvoltz was finishing up the first write-up of boss mechanics for the second wing.
Please take note, these still need to be tested before they are released.
Quite a few devs, have recently started leveling their own 5 man teams so that much more love can be given to dungeonbuddy.
Do core devs have an army? Yes. Do I? No.

Now as for posts in this thread directed at me.

As far as I am aware, I am not a core developer and do things in my free time.
I have said for a while that I would be working on the scripts, and I have, but not recently.
All the data needed is collected, and what needs to be done is to write the scripts and extensively test them.
Did I ask for a 90 to use? Yes.
What it my smartest move? Not by a long shot.
Why? I said for quite a while that I would be working on dungeon scripts. However, each account I had was banned right before I could do SoO LFR. Each ban set me back for a while.
I guess I will think twice about doing something helpful for the community, as fast as possible.
I don't spend much of my time on the forums anymore, so I forgot that a few members of this community like latch onto our slip-ups and give us as much hell as they can for it.

But fret not! I am leveling my own tinfoil hat 5-man team and will assist in debugging.

Progress is being made.
