It's been almost 24 hours since the purchase of Lifetime, and it still won't consider me a registered user. As suggested by Tony, I went to the shop, and had my password reset in hopes of enabling my status and 4 hours later there's still no improvement. Anything further that can be done?

auth servers are down maybe it has something to do with it, not sure just a tought.
