still having honorbuddy errors

when i try to start my honorbuddy im still having error after downloading the stuff i was told earlier this is the error message after i login and seconds after i press dont send honorbuddy crashes

clearly something is incorrect with tripper tools i bought this for 25e would love to get it to work!! ty in advance

There are 64 bit WoW processes running, did you start from the WoW launcher? If so, please start Wow.exe manually to use the 32 bit game version!

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode, not 64, the guide will explain how to do it.

after changing to 32 bit and logging into honorbuddy as administrator i get a new error message i checked the key its right and theres no spaces before or after the key

Auth failed no spaces before and afterwards error message as in the picture being
max sessions auth failed.

ive killed the session now, what to do next? still got error as in following

ive ran as 32 bit in x9 and x11 dx
AS admin
also ran HB as admin checking password isnt clearly the issue anymore after killed the session now i get this instead
also tried running not as admin same error tried to get the latest version aswell seems i already had it,
