Still having can't find free wow process

I downloaded what I believe is latest update today and followed all the steps to run in 32bit, uninstalled my anti virus, ran the helper buddy with to install the m$ stuff and I am still not able to run HB.
I read and reread the forums, due to not wanting to get my ass ripped for asking "Stupid" questions but as far as I can see I have followed all the troubleshooting steps and still having issue. I hear HB is best and would like to explore it.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"
 
I deleted everything, reinstalled all, and HB is now working, I look forward to playing with "The Best". I have heard good stuff about yall so glad to finally give it a try,
