Still banned after 72 Hour suspension

Hey all,

4,5 days ago i got banned from wow on 2 of my bot accounts i appealed on both accounts and bot of the bans turned into a 72hour suspension.
I keep looking at battle.net but on both accounts it still says im banned anyone has experienced this before?

What Jimmy said. Sometimes you have to check b.net, sometimes you have to check in game.

Thanks alot for the quick reply i can log in.
the gm warned me to log in battle.net first before the game to get the "ban" removed.
