Steamwheedle Cartel Rep Grinding need help plz!

i'm going to grind back my exalted rep of this fractions and now i'll know if it's possible to move off the loot option at the bot or doesnt work that? it takes too much time looting each mob, at this time the bot maybe can kill 1-2 mobs more..
