I noticed several people complaining in other threads that they had found themselves grouped with strangers. Then, I found the following statement on an exploit forum at another website:
"Basically if you invite anyone to a group (esp ppl with autoaccept addons), you can go to their garrison and loot their herbs if they haven't looted them yet."
The two things may be related.
