"stay at pokestop and wait for new pokemon"

Along with the issue in the title it also takes two times after the newest update for it to log in. Pokemon are clearly around and it will still try to stay at the pokestop, even when i turn off farming pokestops. In regards to my other problem, it will connect to the login server and then the game server but wont start the game. My latest log is attached below.

Can you try a fresh install and check your radius? increase it to 3000m+
