So, like others who I have seen posting about all instant fleeing I am seeing this as well (Speed set to Bike and in Santa Monica).
After updating to the latest PokeFarmer this morning I discovered something new. I had changed my settings to NOT catch Pokemon and figured I'd farm up to prepare for some big runs at the local Gyms this weekend. Immediately my bot goes idle and in the status bar it says "Stay at Pokestop and wait for new Pokemon,,," even though I set it to NOT catch Pokemon. Do note, it also shows Pokemon showing up on the map and periodically vanishing. So there ARE Pokemon around me.
So, I set it to Catch Pokemon and the Idle stops. It immediately goes back to trying to catch them, but as stated I just get the instant Flee after using the first Pokeball to try to catch them. No more Staying at Pokestops until there isn't any around close enough.
So I disable Catch Pokemon and once again to confirm, it stops after the first Pokestop for a set time saying it's waiting on new Pokemon.
