Static Charge Monk

I currently run the static charge build and max dps. However when I use the Demon, she runs by so many low lvl adds and dies because she skips out so much. She could be fighting a stack of 30 and bounce out like it was only 1. Trying to figure out why she wont stay and fight. I want her to push high GR.

I have the same problem with Uliana Monk, when bot drop below some %hp run away/ dash away w/o hitting mobs on his way and dies.
