Startup Errors

I looked through the forums but did not find any solutions to this one.

I have the game running in windows mode. I checked that I have all the .Net and C++ frameworks. I launched Winterbuddy as admin. Still getting the errors after the last update ran.

I get the same thing when I run both in "Run as Admin" mode. I also launched the game without the new Arc system.

I still cannot run Winterbuddy. I have reinstalled the .Net, C++ 2012, and C++ 2010. I launch the game and Winterbuddy as admin. Anyone have a recommendation? Attached is the latest error log.

do you have any gfx enhancers enabled?

No. All my graphics setting are set to "Use application settings".
