startup error

hey guys im kinda new to this, tried following the guide on how to start pokefarmer but aparently i cant read or am missing something =p
any help would be great, i downloaded pokefarmer, unzipped, and started pokefarmer.exe and this popped up

For Windows 64-bit

Not to sound crazy, but are you using the correct one for your operating system? ie: 32 bit for 32 bit, or 64 for 64?
