Startup error

Recently reformatted my computer and getting an error on startup, not sure if I forgot a program the buddy programs needs?

Any help appreciated,

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

It is working again, the fix was perfect. Only other problem I have is after selecting default config at the start it goes (Not Responding) for about 30 seconds before starting it loads into the program
