Starts up>Loads>Works for 10 sec>Crashes

When I put it in the Command Prompt
C:\Users\ajwer>loadFromRemoteSources enabled="true"/
'loadFromRemoteSources' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Please help

Windows Security will block it even though you let it in your firewall.
