Starting Over

Right, So. I was banned just like everyone else here. I'm starting a new account under a new ip. What I want to know is, does anyone have any decks or guides for starting from Square 1 that they would like to share? Would be most appreciated. Thanks for reading.

The first link doesn't have anything about an actual deck, and the second link are a bunch of decks that already have alot of cards. With such basic cards as I have, I wouldn't have a single one of those, or be able to make any kind of replacement. =\
